The mishandling of food was unacceptable!!! No staff presence when I notified management about my issue!!! The response to my complaint was lackluster at best. It's really disappointing considering the price paid!!!

The King Suite with Sea View offered a amazing perspective of the ocean and gardens, making for a lovely backdrop. Huge bathrooms added a touch of luxury that was particularly enjoyable during my stay.
I encountered serious issues with food handling-finding a roach in my breakfast was unacceptable. The response from management was underwhelming, as I received no follow-up after reporting my illness. Such neglect is disappointing, especially given the hefty price tag for my two-night stay.

Perfect getaway spot!
We loved the sea view from our cozy room! The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. In-room breakfast was a nice treat, but the wifi could've been better. The pool area was lovely, perfect for relaxing after a long day out. Wish we could have stayed longer!

kasumai is a piece of heaven on earth. the luxury studio with sea view was stunning, and the close proximity to the beach made it even better. the staff, especially lamin and his team, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. we loved relaxing by the nice pools and enjoyed the soothing massages at the spa.
